Plot Summary

"...push her into winning beauty pageant after beauty pageant, despite having no interest..." She wasn't winning them, was she? Maybe the little sister was, in her category, but I think Bliss was only ever an "also ran" at least that's how I remember it.Filmteknik (talk) 04:02, 3 November 2009 (UTC)

Maybe that means her mom pushed her to win, but in spite of the push, she didn't win. It is confusing, feel free to change it. Rees11 (talk) 13:03, 3 November 2009 (UTC)

I just finished watching this movie again; at the beginning, after the beauty pageant where her hair is blue, Bliss' mom congratulates the girl who did win. In reply, the winning girl states that it's hard to win a pageant that Bliss is in, usually. I assume that's where the previous editor's comments about "winning pageant after pageant" comes from. Box Office Disappointment

It's pretty clear that a film that barely breaks even is to be considered a box office disappointment. An IP has been removing this statement as "opinion" for some reason; I have restored twice, and now added external sources to back up that statement. If the IP editor can locate sources that say the film was not a commercial disappointment they are welcome to add a dissenting statement to that effect. But this repeated removal is clearly POV, and the content needs to stay in the article. Echoedmyron (talk) 22:42, 3 July 2014 (UTC)

Incorrect lead role actor

It is Ellen Page not Elliot Page.

Looking at the code it looks like it originally said Ellen and someone changed it to Elliot. It needs to be changed back to Ellen but I don't know how. Nowater57 (talk) 17:43, 26 March 2022 (UTC)
