There should indeed be a Qanon reference here because it's significant enough, no matter what you believe in enough people have seen it to warrant a section about it. I won't be arguing about this, just stating my case.

Why is there a Q references section in this article? These lunatics are spreading.... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 170.252.109.62 (talk) 14:24, 2 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Arghhh.... this movie (which I have not yet seen) has been ruined for me now because or this: "In the film four people aboard the ship perish, whereas in reality six people died in the incident." There needs to be a -contains spoilers- or something! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Larapod (talkcontribs) 04:29, 14 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Blocked Reference

edit

I just tried to add a reference for the brigantine Eye of the Wind in the Production section, but apparently associatedcontent.com is on wikipedia's blacklist. I'm noting the reference here in case anyone wants to know or wants to try in get it delisted: (*** = associatedcontent.com)

QAnon paragraph

edit

This is a wildly-editorialized paragraph in the "Reception" section as it reads now:

"Decades after White Squall's release, people who are obsessed with the people who are believers in the QAnon conspiracy theory think they have developed an affinity for the film because its original trailer emphasizes several phrases ("Where we go one, we go all," "Anonymous," and "The calm before the storm") which feature prominently in the conspiracy's lore."

Come on now. I don't even know what specifically to do with this, there are so many problems 216.16.137.230 (talk) 20:27, 29 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
