An obituary of Will (W.T.) Osborne has been discovered in the "Shrewsbury Chronicle", having died at Oakengates, Shropshire in 1942, aged 66. He moved to that county in about 1912 and lived in the same house, while working as a miner, until his death. Details will be input, with citations.Cloptonson (talk) 14:26, 12 May 2012 (UTC)
Details have been added, of death date, age and place, and section paragraph 'Later Life' added to incorporate the above. The newspaper report cited had corresponding details of his early playing career to those given in this article, except his Hull club was named as Hull Kingston Rovers, separate to Hull F.C.Cloptonson (talk) 18:03, 12 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
