I have made some changes to meet the tone, neutrality and citation/reference requirements, but probably need a bit of help, as I am not completely across the formatting and style issues. With bios of people who are included in the Australian Dictionary of Biography, I think it worth having a Wikipedia entry as well, but suppose pasting the ADB content is not the way to go, and that the Wiki version can afford to be fairly short and concise.
