FACTUAL ERRORS: Fr Enright the First Director never met or over-lapped Fr.W.Tome in jamshedpur. Fr E H McGrath was the second director of XLRI he came to Jamsehdpur in 1949 and took over from Fr. Enright. Fr. Tome was the third director of XLRI and took over after FR. E H McGrath. XLRI began as the Xavier Labour Relations Institute a small premise in the local market where short courses were held for workmen and trade Unions personnel.Outofindia (talk) 07:40, 15 August 2013 (UTC)
