The QPQ review is almost complete, only waiting for the other nomination's own QPQ. I'm not sure if we need to wait for that to be completed.
Per rules, you need to add inline citations to the hook text in the article's lead: "Considered Senegal's first woman painter, she is best known for her mixed-media works incorporating cowrie shells", since not all of it is repeated in the article body.
