Sorry but I can't find any other source about this fact, unlike the other ones on this page. It must be about the famous "dancing Zelda" 1991 commercial with the rap song and the boyish female "Link", but I can't be sure about it just by judging from the poor quality videos from the net. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.88.187.3 (talk) 10:13, 4 November 2008 (UTC)

editCould someone please change the title of the article from Yuki Uchida to Yūki Uchida? (with long ū) 内田有紀 written in rōmaji is Uchida Yūki, not Uchida Yuki.

- I am not an expert in Japanese phonemes, so I have put in a technical request at WP:RM/TR for further review. There is a chance that this request might be turned into a move request, but as a start I'll put it for unilateral moving since it seems clear enough. Primefac (talk) 08:51, 4 February 2024 (UTC)
- The applicable guideline here is WP:JTITLE. As far as I can tell, this guideline does not point for the name to be changed to Yūki Uchida. Even if no English-language sources of a preferred name were available, the default Hepburn title for this article would be Uchida Yūki in accordance with Japanese name order. Various official profiles are in the external links and sources, but I see none with the macron. A case could be made for Yuki Uchida or Uchida Yuki, but not for Yūki Uchida. In fact, per WP:COMMONNAME, article titles should not use macrons. Macrons are rarely used in English text about Japanese culture. 138.64.237.175 (talk) 20:19, 10 February 2024 (UTC)
