References

The first french reference was a dead link, the second French reference was more or less his resume, and the third "English" reference led to the same second French reference. I removed all 3 as they don't give any information but as it is the article needs references. It may have been written by the author himself, he's not particularly notable. Perhaps it would be useful to add thing or two in this case: 1) Janjetov is more than notable, he is the comics star, especially in Europe (mainly because of collaboration with Jodorowsky and Moebius). Apart of his opus in France, his "Bernard Panasonik" is indeed considered as cult comics in Former Yugoslavia. It was noted in Western Europe at the time, as 1983 reaction of eminent Paul Gravett shows http://paulgravett.com/index.php/articles/article/comics_culture_in_yugoslavias_ 2) I agree that style of the entry was non-encylopedical, especially "art criticism" part (although facts were true and mostly relevant) 3) Even Janjetov's musical relevance exists, although limited to the countries of Former Yugoslavia and New Vawe of 80's. 4) When time permits me, I'll try to give better references and to rewrite biography starting from bare facts. --Stripar (talk) 09:06, 14 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Musician or artist?

edit

Quite a lot about his musical prowess in the biography, but nothing in the lead. I don't know if it's relevant, someone might want to remove it. Editfromwithout (talk) 22:04, 12 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, I went ahead and removed it, it was fairly promotional language used and irrevelant. Editfromwithout (talk) 22:12, 12 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
