This page is not intended to be advertising the company in any way, and the author has no ties or afiliations to the company, and is not a shareholder. Furthermore, examination and exploration of bankruptcy history that is not mentioned on the company's web site should hardly be construed as "advertising" or promoting the company in any way. The article is simply intended to give an unbiased profile and corporate history of the company for those existing or prospective consumers wishing to know more about the company. The sources that you wish to be cited are not independent of the topic and thus not suited for this article. The text is also too promotional in my opinion which is why I have only copied over the very first parts. The article is still in need for a major overhaul (structure, style, tone, sources) which I recommend you to propose as an edit request. • What I think should be changed:

From:

Zultys is a manufacturer of Voice-over-IP (VoIP) communications systems for organizations with 10-10,000 users. Its corporate headquarters is in Sunnyvale, California. Zultys products include IP phone switches (PBXs), a wide variety of IP business telephones, web and audio conference products, contact center systems and unified communications.

To:

Zultys, Inc. is a privately owned software company headquartered in Sunnyvale, California.[1] It develops unified communications products[2] and integrated desktop IP phones.[3] Zultys’ MX system can be deployed on-premises, virtually, and in the cloud[4] (UCaaS) for organizations of all sizes.[5] Zultys offers applications for desktop, web-based, and mobile users and an integrated contact center.[6]

  • Why it should be changed:

This rewrite of the first paragraph adds clarity and accuracy.

  • References supporting the possible change (format using the "cite" button):

  • Why it should be changed:

This addition to the first paragraph adds additional details about the nature of Zultys' products. It is a rewrite of the previously suggested edit to be non-promotional using independent sources.

  • It is unclear what is meant by the phrase "can be deployed on-premises, virtually, or in the cloud", nor is it known how delineating this "deployment" ensures that the claim is non-promotional in nature.

  • Why it should be changed:

This section currently contains information about a company named Zultys Technologies. However, the article title is “Zultys,” which is not the same as “Zultys Technologies.” The following differences between Zultys Technologies and Zultys, Inc. demonstrate that these two companies are not the same:

Zultys Technologies Zultys, Inc.
Formation Date 2001 09/14/2006

[1]

Founder Ian Miles Pivot VoIP, Inc.
Name Zultys Technologies Zultys, Inc.
Management Zultys Technologies Pivot VoIP, Inc.

To maintain the appropriate scope of the article and to keep the article’s content on topic, this edit request omits information before Zultys, Inc.’s founding date of September 14, 2006. FallBreeze1 (talk) 17:37, 5 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Not done this is pertinent information about the history of the company. They might be separate entities, but Zultys Technologies is the predecessor of Zultys. HouseBlaster (talk · he/him) 23:24, 5 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
