This template is used to generate an external link to the Irish Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP) for a specific airport.
Usage

Parameters:
- (unnamed) - the ICAO airport code, i.e. EICK
- name (optional) - airport's location, i.e. CORK/International (location as shown in the AIP).
