Anca Giurchescu
- . ... that while studying dance, Anca Giurchescu joined the Romanian national shooting team and won individual and team medals at the 1955 European Shooting Championship? ("I did Physical Education, although my mother wanted me to do Medicine. I fell in love with ICEF and rhythmic dance. Then they were looking for a shooter, because Romania's shooting team had only men. They searched among sports students". ([1]); medals chart ([2])

- Substantial interesting bio, on fine sources, Romanian sources accepted AGF, no copyvio abvious. I approve the hook, but could imagine mentioning less about the shooting, and a hint at what she did when grown up. "Dance" is a wide field. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 18:29, 17 March 2020 (UTC)
