Assassination of Gabriel Narutowicz

edit

Created by Halibutt (talk), Piotrus (talk). Nominated by Piotrus (talk) at 05:09, 17 September 2014 (UTC).

  • Long enough, new enough, assuming good faith on offline sources, hook cited, good to go. Zappa24Mati 00:57, 19 October 2014 (UTC)
  • The hooks makes no sense as written; Narutowicz was the one killed, not the one behind the propaganda. I think, perhaps, "admits" should be "amidst"—Piotrus, can you please check it?—but in its present form, the hook can't be run. Further, the word "vile" would seem to violate neutrality, another hook (and article) requirement. BlueMoonset (talk) 21:55, 20 October 2014 (UTC)
  • Yeah, I probably should'be reviewed the hook more efficiently. ALT1 looks fine. Zappa24Mati 23:00, 21 October 2014 (UTC)
  • Struck original hook due to issues raised. ZappaOMati, if you wish to approve ALT1, you'll need to give a new tick. I'm assuming you've checked the article for neutrality as well... BlueMoonset (talk) 23:20, 24 October 2014 (UTC)
  • ALT1 is fine, tick provided. Neutrality-wise, it looks fine to me; the closest towards the non-neutral border is "by an unfriendly press", though I wouldn't mind letting it slide for now. The only other concern I have isn't related to the hook itself, though I'm surprised the assassination section (the most pivotal part of the article) is the shortest of the three.
