- Promoted to good article within the past seven days...article is well-written and long enough...no copyright violations or plagiarism (all images, including this one, are properly licensed)...hook is quite interesting, cited in the article, and cited in the nomination...QPQ done. This is definitely DYK material. TempleM (talk) 21:03, 15 October 2016 (UTC)
- The hook is neither grammatical nor clear - he needs some sort of descriptor - "Montenegrin" or something. Johnbod (talk) 22:04, 22 October 2016 (UTC)
- @Zoupan: what do you think about running this for Halloween? (Please respond ASAP.) Also, would you like to identify him as a "Montenegrin commander", per Johnbod's suggestion, or as a "Herzegovinan commander"? Yoninah (talk) 22:50, 24 October 2016 (UTC)
- Sure, Halloween would be nice. I do not think a demonym should be used, as 1. Montenegrin during his lifetime was a demonym of people of Old Montenegro (or Sanjak of Montenegro), 2. Herzegovinian is today used exclusively for Herzegovina in Bosnia and Herzegovina (not the modern Montenegrin part of the Sanjak of Herzegovina). What about "rebel commander" or "hajduk commander"?--Zoupan 07:58, 26 October 2016 (UTC)
