Bella Figura

5x expanded by Corachow (talk). Self-nominated at 16:09, 12 January 2023 (UTC).

  • Very recent 9x expansion of prose! So, new enough, long enough, no copyvio, inline citations, well sourced. QPQ is done. I do have a couple of questions about the hooks: 1) The statement corresponding to ALT0 in the article uses the wording "Kylián intended to equalise the two men and women", but I'm not sure where the word "two" is coming from since there are nine dancers total, and I'm not seeing the "two" in the Volksrant article either. @Corachow: Could you please take a look and fix? Maybe we can just cut out the word "two"? Because ALT0 is the clear winner here. 2) Regarding ALT1, both in the hook and in the article, it sounds odd to me to use "Baroque" as a noun without the word "the" before it...and anyway I'm not such a fan of ALT1; somehow it doesn't feel specific enough to this particular work. And this *is* a super interesting work! (Such a shame it's probably too hard to get a picture...?) Cielquiparle (talk) 15:07, 13 January 2023 (UTC)
  • @Cielquiparle: Thanks for the review! I do agree that ALT0 is far more interesting. ALT1 is just there to provide another option. The "two" is a typo and I just removed it. I also changed it to "the Baroque" in the article and in ALT1. Unfortunately free images of contemporary ballets are very hard to come by. Corachow (talk) 15:43, 13 January 2023 (UTC)
Approving ALT0 as the best hook. Cielquiparle (talk) 17:17, 13 January 2023 (UTC)
@Cielquiparle and Corachow: without objection I would like to remove the word "to" from the hook when I promote. Bruxton (talk) 18:33, 14 January 2023 (UTC)
