  • New enough, long enough, hooky enough, (I prefer ALT 1), looks fine to me. AGF on off-line sources. Victoria (tk) 17:14, 9 November 2014 (UTC)
  • Victoria's said that she won't be returning, so this needs a new review. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 03:57, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
Nope, I said that I supposed you have to get another reviewer. And to be honest, I forgot about it. Of course I checked for all the things Yoninah requests. Yes, a QPQ has been done, yes the hook fact is cited online - it's cited to two sources, one in English and one in Indonesian. To be absolutely punctilious, the English language source doesn't mention "mating rituals" which is why I chose the light-blue tick symbol to show I'm assuming good faith that it's in the other source. I did look at the sources I could see and found no close paraphrasing. Hope this is helpful. Still, you might want to get another reviewer who is more accomplished. • My apologies, I took "you have to get another reviewer" to mean you would not return. Thank you, again, for the review. (BTW, hook fact is in English here, though sadly that's not an RS). — Crisco 1492 (talk) 13:12, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
    • It's here too. Which is RS. I didn't think it was a big deal b/c the dancers are obviously expressing a mating ritual and it's obvious in the pics, and there was a second source I couldn't read. But seriously, given my issues with DYK, you might want to get a new reviewer (someone who's more hooked in), or be prepared for much scrutiny. Victoria (tk) 13:27, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
      • Even better, thanks! I think your review was good... but we'll see what the "powers that be" decide, I guess. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 13:33, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
  • No close paraphrasing seen in online sources. I am unable to access the English-language source that Victoria mentions, but accept in good faith the foreign-language hook refs, which are all cited inline. Image is pd (nice work, Crisco). All other points from Victoria's review still applicable. (I also prefer ALT1.) Good to go. Yoninah (talk) 16:12, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
  • (not PD, but CC-BY-SA). Thanks, Yoninah. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 00:02, 16 November 2014 (UTC)
