Chinese Garden MRT station
- ... that despite being next to the eponymous Chinese Garden, the Chinese Garden MRT station in Singapore did not have direct access to the garden until a year later?

- Heya, I'll be reviewing this. Just a quick note that I'm inexperienced at DYK compared to others, so I may slip up. ABG (Talk/Report any mistakes here) 07:10, 26 October 2024 (UTC)

Overall: Earwig hits 2%. No problems found in changes after GA promotion. I reached out to a DYK regular, who proposed some ALTs, so sticking this up.
...that Chinese Garden MRT station originally didn't have access to the Chinese Garden?
... that a transit station in Singapore was inspired by traditional Chinese architecture? I hope this helps. ABG (Talk/Report any mistakes here) 06:46, 27 October 2024 (UTC)
- @AlphaBetaGamma I think the latter is better since the Chinese Garden isn't well-known internationally compared to other attractions in Singapore such as the Marina Bay Sands. Imbluey2. Please ping me so that I get notified of your response 10:00, 28 October 2024 (UTC)

- Drive-by comment that I think the first one might work better as "more interesting". A station with the word "Chinese" in it that is made up of "Chinese" architecture doesn't stand out to me as much. The "well known internationally" part can simply be fixed with a link to Chinese Garden, Singapore. S5A-0043Talk 13:59, 28 October 2024 (UTC)
- Yeah, that does work. It keeps the idea of the original DYK nomination. Imbluey2. Please ping me so that I get notified of your response 13:09, 30 October 2024 (UTC)
