City of Angels (Thirty Seconds to Mars song)
edit- ... that the song "City of Angels" by American rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars was inspired by Jared Leto's experience of living in Los Angeles with his family?
5x expanded by Earthh (talk). Self nominated at 17:38, 14 August 2014 (UTC).
- DYK articles are supposed to be either new (created no more than seven days prior) or newly 5x expanded (again, starting no more than seven days prior). While the article is expanded 5x, the expansion started on July 18, and was not completed until August 14, 27 days later, nearly three weeks past the deadline. The only other option is for the article to become a Good Article, and be nominated within seven days of being listed as a GA. I see, however, that the article was FAC nominated at the time of its completed expansion. DYK has no provision for featured articles, so unless the featured article nomination fails and a subsequent GAN succeeds, I don't see a route for this to be at DYK. On the other hand, if it becomes a featured article, it would be in line for a full-day run on the main page as "Today's featured article", so one way or another there's a future path to the main page.
