Comment: I realize that this is not yet 1500 characters. There is a book coming from the Chicago Public Library. I will pick up "North Shore Chicago: Houses of the Lakefront Suburbs, 1890-1940" on the 18th.

New enough, long enough, neutrally written, well referenced, no close paraphrasing seen in online sources. Hook refs verified and cited inline. However, I would suggest adding a little description to the hook:
ALT1: ... that Edgecliff, a landmarked estate completed in 1930, had the highest residential property tax in Cook County in 2014 and 2015?
