- The "conclusions" section is not referenced at all, and seems to fall afoul of wp:crystalball, while the block faulting section has a structure very different from the rest of the article. I cant tell how close the author follows the sources, but the prose style seems to change with the sections, and the grammar clarity does to. I think this needs some major cleaning by an Iceland geology knowledgeable editor.--Kevmin § 03:23, 29 November 2016 (UTC)
- I am doing a grammar copyedit, and will check references which all seem to be in sciencedirect. The crystallballing would be in referencers, so I will see which apply. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 22:19, 11 December 2016 (UTC)
- I have removed the conclusions section as it duplicted material in the lede and body of the article. copyedit will soon be complete. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 03:48, 13 December 2016 (UTC)
- Graeme Bartlett, please let us know when the major cleaning is done and this is ready for further review. Thank you. BlueMoonset (talk) 16:10, 13 January 2017 (UTC)
- Copy edit was complete, and then I copyedited the last changes. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 04:28, 14 January 2017 (UTC)

- The opening sentence is very hard to follow, I think i get it BUT it reads very poorly, can it be fixed? Article is close to being ready I think.--Kevmin § 16:00, 14 January 2017 (UTC)
- Opening rewritten to target what the topic is and why it is important in simple terms. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 02:22, 15 January 2017 (UTC)
