- Article is new enough and long enough. Article is neutrally written and extensively cited to reliable sources. Main hook is short and interesting. Main hook fact is based on a paperback published by Arcadia Publishing containing historic photos of Phoenix. I supposed this is a reliable enough source. Alt hook seems difficult to prove and is based on an off-line source. Probably best to go with the main hook. Spot-check shows no sign of copyright problems or unduly close paraphrasing.
