The result was rejected. The paraphrasing concern raised by Nikkimaria (talk · contribs) has not been addressed. The sentence still closely resembles the source. Cunard (talk) 23:50, 15 October 2011 (UTC)

- ALT1 that despite representing his clients for two years, Masoud Shafiee, the lawyer for the three American hikers previously detained in Iran, only met them briefly on three occasions? Plot Spoiler (talk) 17:09, 5 October 2011 (UTC)
- Hook: Original and alt are interesting, short enough and cited.
- Article: Long enough, new enough. Referenced well, neutral. Paraphrasing is fine.
- Summary: Good to go! Crisco 1492 (talk) 10:47, 10 October 2011 (UTC)
Close paraphrasing concerns - for example, "Shortly after their release, Fattal and Bauer thanked numerous people who helped secure their freedom, including Shafiee" in article vs "Shortly after their release, Fattal and Bauer thanked numerous people who helped secure their freedom, including their attorney". - What is really necessary to derail the entire DYK over this tiny issue, one which you could have easily corrected yourself instead of removing it from the DYK queue? I've slightly changed the language [1] and I would appreciate that such DYKs not be derailed in the future when they've already been accepted. Plot Spoiler (talk) 23:10, 12 October 2011 (UTC)
- For what it's worth, that source now looks okay paraphrasing-wise (at least to me), as does this and this. However, I will leave it to another editor to pass or fail this nomination. Crisco 1492 (talk) 23:31, 12 October 2011 (UTC)
