Montefiore Hospital, Hove
edit- ... that a "magnificent" furniture depository in Hove, England, designed by local architects Clayton & Black, later became an insurance office and—from November—the Montefiore Hospital (pictured)?

- Comment: ...or "from November 2012" if preferred. Alternative hooks welcomed. I may get a new post-opening picture soon.

- My OpenOffice says the hook contains 193 characters; it's up to the admin to decide whether to use the alt hook. As for the article, a couple facts in the hook come from local history books to which I have no access (including no preview on Google Books). Since it's not a contentious issue, and I'm not the type to WP:PRESUMEINSANITY (I've reviewed another of Hassocks' DYKs on a similar topic and it was fine), I have no problems with this. The date checks out and the character count is well over the minimum. Hassocks excels at writing prose and I don't see any copyvio/close phrasing issues for the sources I could check. Nice photo preview, more description on its summary page. Good to go! PhnomPencil (✉) 22:56, 26 December 2012 (UTC)
