Thank you for your article on the tragic story of Helen McCourt. Date and length are fine. No images to check. Please note that refs 3 and 8 are identical and should be consolidated. All three hooks are factual and cited. I prefer the first. However, you need to comb through the article for a couple of reasons. First, not all references are matched with the correct facts. Example: Ref 1 is matched mistakenly with the first two sentences of Overview. Second, there are instances of close paraphrasing throughout the article. "Helen's handbag, coat, jeans and scarf were later found"; "walking his dog [on] a towpath by the Manchester Ship Canal in the Hollins Green suburb of Warrington"; "he spotted a second towel and several items of discarded men's clothing" are examples that are identical to the original sources.
