Murder of Thomas Bates
edit- ... that, though four people testified that he didn't murder Thomas Bates, Oswald Grey was the last person hanged at Winson Green Prison?

- Appropriate length, citations, creation date, no issues with hook. IShadowed (talk) 08:54, 27 July 2012 (UTC)
- I pulled this hook out of the prep. Article has ugly bare-url ref citations that need fixing. (Also, it's odd that the hook emphasizes his being the "last person" hanged, when the lead-in clause makes it surprising that he was hanged at all. And is there a linkable article about the prison?) --Orlady (talk) 19:06, 28 July 2012 (UTC)
- Refs fixed and link added. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 19:34, 28 July 2012 (UTC)
