Poinciana Parkway
edit- ... that the restoration of wetlands in a mitigation bank created in the path of the planned Poinciana Parkway sextupled cost estimates for the highway?
- ALT1:... that the Poinciana Parkway was a planned private toll road before the local expressway authority took over the project?
- Reviewed: Willard’s Woods
- Comment: Source of the hook is here: "The cost of the project has ballooned to between $140 million and $200 million, according to Avatar's last quarterly report, up from $22 million in 2004". (140/22=6.36) And, of course, it's mentioned in the article, although the term "sextupled" is not specifically used.

- Length, history and references verified. However, citation for hook facts needs to be in the article where stated—right after the sentence (even if the next sentence comes from the same source) and in the intro. I also think you could do with breaking the intro up and expanding it from one medium-long graf. Daniel Case (talk) 03:27, 4 April 2015 (UTC)
- I've added the citation to the end of the sentence. There's no good place to split the lead, so I didn't do anything to it. AHeneen (talk) 05:13, 4 April 2015 (UTC)
