While the nominator attempted to withdraw this themselves and ended up messing up the entire nominations page, this is in fact a failed nomination, and I am reclosing it properly as a fail.

Prince Karl Aloys of Liechtenstein
- ... that in 1920 Prince Karl Aloys (pictured) presented a draft for a new constitution of Liechtenstein, but it was rejected? Source: "Ein von Karl im April 1920 vorgelegter Verfassungsentwurf, der sich eng an die monarchistische Staatsauffassung von 1862 anlehnte, spielte in den weiteren Verhandlungen keine Rolle." https://historisches-lexikon.li/Liechtenstein,_Karl_von_(1878–1955)The source doesn't exactly say that it was outright rejected, but "played no role in further negotiations" strongly implies that. Given that the draft presented by Wilhelm Beck and Josef Peer later presented was accepted instead, the hook holds true.

- The nominator has done a good job at improving article but there are several issues which make this article not pass the Wikipedia:Did you know/Guidelines. The original character count before the expansion is 3708. A five time expansion length would require a character count of 18540 characters of prose. The current character count is 6202 which is not even twice the original character count, and no where close to the required length. (see WP:DYK5X) There are several paragraphs in the Marriage and family section which lack inline citations which fails the WP:DYKCITE criteria. There is also a long standing tag that has not been addressed in the ancestry section which fails WP:DYKTAG. This article is no where close to being ready and I doubt it will be possible to expand the article to the required length.4meter4 (talk) 00:18, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
