The hook fact checks out from the source (#7) provided and looks interesting enough. The length of the article, at 1872 characters, also checks out. The sources in general seems to be applied properly, with no original research of obvious plagiarism/copyvios involved. The prose of the article itself is decent enough, considering the subject. The only thing I would advise is adding a sentence or two to the lede that summarizes the history section as a whole, but that's something that will likely be fixed over time through normal editing as it is.
