Overall: 
The GAR threw me off since there's no formal "confirmation" from the reviewer that it passed, but it looks like they updated the talk BannerShell to signify it did so we should be good. Copyvio check raises a massive red flag for some sort of spam website that copy/pasted this article. Nothing anyone can do about that, but just a note if anyone decides to check for themselves.
