• Awesome to see a self-nom from you Well, that was an interesting read. Hook: Referenced to a reliable source (including "loophole", which I'm not sure is the best term for this... I'd have called it an unintended consequence... anyways, acceptable). Interesting, short enough.

Article: Long enough, new enough, well-referenced. Paraphrasing checks (1, 2, 3) are fine.
