- The hook checks out at 188 characters.
- The length of prose (minus inline citation characters) is just over the bar at 1532 characters.
- The article is new enough.
- Good hook, but neither of the contentions that i) the subject won Bangladesh's first gold medal and that ii) he will compete in the 2012 Olympics have an inline citation. Please introduce an inline citation which directly follows the sentence in which each item is mentioned.

- Please don't use "will compete" on MainPage. That's crystal-balling. "Will" should be saved for things like the sun rising from the east tomorrow morning. An injury or travel delays may prevent him from competing. I suggest using "is chosen/selected..." instead. Thanks. --PFHLai (talk) 18:33, 14 July 2012 (UTC)
