Parameters

| title = Partner name, if different from page name (defaults to page name)
| image = Image to be used, with File: (optional)
| lcp_number = Partner's number on the Library Card Platform
| blurb = Descriptive text. Used sparingly, should avoid duplication of Library Card platform or easily outdated information. (optional)
| example_citation = Example citation, no <ref> tags
| example_citation_nowiki = Previous citation, enclosed in <nowiki></nowiki> tags
