With Beistline assuming senior status, that means we only have two judges in the entire history of this court who did not serve as chief judge. While the content of this template may be consistent with that of counterpart templates, how is it of benefit to OUR COVERAGE OF THIS COURT to limit the template to chief judges when there is so little difference between that list and the list of all judges?
