  •   Not sure if the article supports this claim. My suggestion would be:
Alt1: ... that the Monarch Contemporary Art Center and Sculpture Park is currently landscaped entirely by volunteers?

Ah, but I don't think it is currently being landscaped by volunteers. The sources made it out that up 'til now, there hasn't been support for the landscaping and the owner Orsini was doing it basically all on her own. The volunteer groups are just starting to get organized.
Alt2: ... that the nonprofit, 80-acre Monarch Contemporary Art Center and Sculpture Park was opened by sculptor Myrna Orsini as "a gift to the community"?
ALT2 reads like an advertisement almost... Crisco 1492 (talk) 13:57, 6 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
ALT3: ... that the Monarch Contemporary Art Center and Sculpture Park also includes boarding facilities?
Not the hookiest, but not advertorial and supported by the sources. Crisco 1492 (talk) 12:02, 8 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
