I don't think there's any strict rule about how big a navbox can be, but I do think this navbox's size -- and the sheer amount of different articles it now links to -- is hindering its use as one. A navbox is meant to help you navigate between related articles, but if you're interested in looking through all the various Netflix animation you're probably better served by a list or a category. (And indeed, a few Netflix categories and lists doexist, although the lists aren't focused on animation.)
