My RfA criteria are intentionally simple.

Requirements

If a candidate satisfies all of these requirements, I will likely support.

• Must be a NETPOSITIVE to the project
• Must have shown kindness to editors in the face of disagreement

Bonuses

If a candidate has one or more of these in addition to the above requirements, I may strongly support.

• Technical expertise
• Conflict resolution, such as work in Mediation or DRN or similar
• Helpful in Teahouse or Village Pump or Help desk
• Desire to work in a historically underserved area

Deal Breaker

If a candidate fails this dealbreaker, I guarantee oppose, regardless of requirements or bonuses.

• Must not have demonstrated a desire to inappropriately use the REVDEL tool
