Arun Mahadev Rupnar, better known as अध्यक्ष अरूण रूपनर : मराठी (01 October 1964 – 19 August 2019) was an Indian politician from the state of Maharashtra. He Was an Gram Panchayat Sarpanch (Medshingi) For Medshingi Gram Panchayat Sarpanch & Medshingi Gram Panchayat Member From 2000 To 2002 & 2000 To 2005. He was an Independent Member of the Panchayat Samiti (Sangola) For Gherdi Gun, Opposition Leader Sangola Panchayat Samiti constituency from 2002 to 2007. He was an important leader of modern Maharashtra. He was a member of the Shivsena.
Early Life
editArun Rupnar, popularly known as "Adhyaksa", "Dhanyavagh", "Gunda", (मराठी :अध्यक्ष, ढाण्यावाघ, गुंडा ) was born on 01 October 1964 in the village of Medshingi, in the Sangola Taluka, Solapur District in the State of Maharashtra. Dad's timber business at home, financial situation was not good, still completed 9th education.
Career
editFrom 1985 to 1988, he got a job in the Wading Department at Sangola Taluka Sutagirani. In 1889, he formed the first Shivsena panel in Medshingi village. In 2000, he contested the elections for the first time himself and was elected Sarpanch. From 2000 to 2002, he became the Sarpanch of Medshingi village And he contested the elections for the first time himself and was elected Panchayat Samiti (Sangola) . From 2002 to 2007, he became the Independent Member of the Panchayat Samiti And Opposition Leader of Sangola Gherdi Gun. From 2005 to 2009 he was Shivsena Deputy District Chief, 2009 Shivsena District Chief.
Controversy
editOn March 20, 1996, Sangola taluka and city Shivsena organized a grand rally in front of Sangola municipality to give information about the one year tenure of the coalition government. From the presidency of the meeting, Shri. Arun (भाऊ) Rupanar was talking. Saying that the Tembhu scheme has received administrative approval, Shri. Arun (भाऊ) Rupanar . He further said that what the Congress could not do in 47 years, the Shivshahi government Maharashtra did in just one year. Responding to the Congress campaign that we brought the Tembhu scheme, Shri. Arun (भाऊ) Rupanar said, Sangola taluka MLA per taluka officials openly tell us from the platform that they are not cooperating. He said that it was ridiculous to say that the taluka officials who were not listening to him had approved the Tembhu scheme from the government. Our government is not slapping but actually working.
