Brucemoko is Bruce M. Miller. There are something like 2000 people named "Bruce Miller" in the USA, so I use Brucemoko. "Moko" is both uncommon and the name of a parrot (Amazona Viridigenalis) who's lived with me since I rescued him in 1993. He was 15 years old then.
