I'm currently new to wikipedia, but hope to offer my services in fields that I'm interested in and informed about. This includes fields from film, TV and comics to biochemistry and psychology (I did 3 years of a biochemistry degree in Edinburgh University, UK, and am currently reading Film Studies in Kingston University, which I am already trying to build a career on). I have personal experience both in scriptwriting and history in the film and comics scene, and am perfectly bilingual (English & Greek).
I also hope to provide useful information in areas which I find underdeveloped or victims of "cultural snobbery", especially in the popular culture fields - from webcomics to machinima and from non-well-known artists to the "Greek comics scene" which I'm more familiar with.
I'm pedantic enough to do many minor spelling or grammar edits when and where I find such mistakes.
Oh, and I just checked the MetaWiki philosophy page... I would like to proclaim myself to believe in m:Darwikinism and m:Inclusionism as the articles there seemed to proclaim what I believed about wikipedia even before I joined...
Please let me know if you have any objections about what I submit here, although I'm trying to be as objective as possible (human error is obviously not out of the question, but I must say I appreciate what wikipedia does and hope to contribute to it as much as I can).
