editLubriderm was created by Louis Schleuse, who created the product during his time at Texas Pharmacal Company.[1]
The Lubriderm brand was sold to Johnson & Johnson in 2006 as part of its $16.6 billion purchase of Pfizer's consumer unit.[2]
