Edit Wars
editAn edit war is when two or more users comment back and forth in a disagreement dispute, deleting or changing comments, etc. Consequences for am edit war may lead to blocking, or even banning a user. An edit war can occur by a single user on his/her's own page, by repeatedly restoring/editing a comment on a page. An example for a "edit war" is:

A transformational leader is a type of person in which the leader is not limited by their follower's perception. Their main objective is to work to change, or transform their followers' needs, and redirect their thinking. Leaders that follow the transfomation style of leading, challenge and inspire their followers with a sense of purpose and excitement. They also create a vision of what they aspire to be, and communicate this idea to others (their followers). There are three identified characteristics of a transfomational leader:
- Charismatic leadership- have a broad knowledge of field, has a self-promoting personality, high/great energy level, and willing to take risk and use irregular strategies in order to stimulate their followers to think independently
- Individualized consideration
- Intellectual stimulation

editResearch Approaches [1]
Chapter 2 of Psychology and Work Today : An Introduction to Industrial and Organizational Psychology, [2]. Schultz & Schultz explain the use of survey's and opinion polls, "surveys and opinion polls rely on the observation of behavior as it is revealed in the subjects' responses to personal interview and questionnaires" (Schultz 18). According to Marketing: An Introduction, "research approaches for gathering primary data include observation, surveys, and experiments" (Armstrong 105).
- Observation approaches include mailing questionnaires
- Survey approaches include telephone contact methods
- Experiment approaches include personal or online interviewing
Out of the many research approaches, the main three that companies use, (observation, experimental, and survey's) the most effective in the since of; flexibility quantity of data that can be collected, control of interviewer effects, control of sample, speed of data collection, response rate, and cost; would be a personal interview. Personal interviews show an excellent report in flexibility, and quantity of data recorded. Good in control of sample,speediness, and response rate. Even though this method is very effective, it is costly for a business to hire employees to get this feedback, and this method seems to have control over the effect of the interviewer.
