Till most recently, Manne Satish served as the Vice President of a US-based billion-dollar I.T giant and prior to that, he was a Director in another leading I.T company headquartered in the Netherlands. He has over 20 years of industry experience.

Manne Satish's middle-class formative years in a predominating public-sector environment is the reason for his varied interests in ethnocultural & linguistic pluralism and other social duties. He has experienced first-hand the role of municipalities and civil bodies in multiculturalism. To give form, shape and meaning to his profound belief-systems and lead by example, he formed “The Manne Foundation” that caters to multiculturalism initiatives in erstwhile urban and suburban municipalities around B.H.E.L.

Manne Satish has an undiluted and perpetual stand with respect to the exploitation of natural resources including water-bodies. Manne Satish is described as an outdoors enthusiast and a strong advocate for protecting natural resources. He played a pivotal role in pushing back the erstwhile government of the Congress when it conspired to bury a water body to lay a road leading to an apartment complex in a surrounding area of B.H.E.L. Manne Satish is very outspoken who has never shied away from any battle. He is progressive and a moderniser with his feet firmly rooted to the ground. The abdication of his lucrative & secure private sector career in pursuance for a life dedicated to public service fraught with uncertainty is proof of his unshakeable beliefs. He is very accessible, articulate and his views and opinions and analysis are always reasoned, factual and non-inflammatory.

EMAAR Properties – Organized full day agitation lead by Sri. Nara Chandrababu Naidu Dumping Yard – Organized relay fast for 51 Days to relocate the dumping yard away from the residential Area. Chakali Cheruvu – Lead the agitation for the protection of Chakali Cheruvu, Rajiv Gruha Kalpa. Spearheaded several people movements, dharnas, rastha-rokos, bandhs and fasts called by TDP in Gachibowli / Raidurgamdivision. Funded and erected the Legend NTR's Bronze Statute in Khajaguda (Rs. 4.5 Lakhs) Organizing Late Sri Paritala Ravi Jayanthi every year in Gachibowli/ Raidurgamdivision Long standing associations with leaders like Sri. A. Gandhi, L. Ramana, Kodela Siva Prasad, Sri. Pervaram Ramulu, Sri. Jithender Reddy, Sri. Teegala Krishna Reddy & Sri. Movva Satyanarayana.

Social Activities

Coordinating with Municipal Authorities on regular basis from last 15 years in maintain- ing Roads, Street Lights, Drinking Water supply, Drains and also in resolving the issues related to Cleanliness, Security and Traffic in BHEL/ Gachibowli division Adopted Sri Sai Old Age Home sheltering 75 senior citizens since 2001 Funding & Rendering Service to Orphan- age Home 'Chavadi' sheltering 30 Chil- dren since 2011 Established Alternative School at Basavataraka Nagar for providing mid-day meals for poor children Kurnool Flood Relief: Prepared and supplied food from Hyderabad by transporting in 20 DCMs to Kurnool flood victims in 2009 Providing Drinking water to 300 Households every year and setting up Drinking water shelter Distribution of Food, Clothes, Books to the need and poor on all auspicious occasions Conducted multiple Voter Id Registration drives covering nearly 3000 Voters Facilitated the Citizens in getting Birth, Caste, Marriage Certificates and in the Tax filing
