This is to openly disclose that I, Doug Drenkow, am an employee, a digital strategist, in the employ of Coalition Technologies LLC (https://coalitiontechnologies.com/), a digital marketing agency.
Occasionally, I have offered to our clients (such as Billy Morrison, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billy_Morrison) who want some edits on an existing Wikipedia article, as to correct facts (such as verifiable birth dates), or who want a new article related to their business (such as a registered variety of olive tree), to submit their requests to Wikipedia, with full disclosure.
In return for that submission on their behalf, we are not asking for direct compensation from our clients; rather, we ask for them to leave us positive reviews for others to read online. That is good compensation for us, but only to the extent that we can correct any errors in Wikipedia articles or add content to Wikipedia that is accurate and of interest to others.
I value my volunteer role as a Wikipedia editor as well as my paid work as a digital strategist; I hope that in each I am honest and truthful, offering information of value to the public at large, and in my career, to our clients as well.
