editOn the 4th of November 2013 Aptira was unanimously voted OpenStack Foundation Board of Directors into a Gold Member Sponsor position.
Aptira's founder Tristan Goode is the co-founder and lead organizer of the Australian OpenStack User Group. He also is a current sitting member of the OpenStack Foundation Board of Directors since it's inception in September 2012 and on the 13th of November 2013 Tristan was made an OpenStack Ambassador for his contributions in building the OpenStack Commununity.
Kavit Munshi, Aptira CTO is the co-founder and lead organiser of the India OpenStack User Group and on the 13th of November 2013 Kavit was also made an OpenStack Ambassador recognising his efforts building the OpenStack Community in India.
