Hi! I am Rahul Tiwari from New Delhi, India. I am a wikipedian since Aug 2006 however became active from 25-Sep-2006 by writing my first article The Great Indian Laughter Challenge.
I was born in a small village of Uttar Pradesh in Faizabad. I traveled all over India during my childhood as my father served in Indian Air Force. However I have lived mostly in New Delhi and its one of my favorite place in the world.
I am a Software Engineer by education and profession. I have a varied fields of interests like:

Wikipedia is one of my favorite online places which is full of knowledge and information. I used to access information from wikipedia since a very long time. We should share all the good information and knowledge which we have with everyone and this is a great platform for that. So I became a wikipedian.
