Is Wikipedia being ruined by bullying administrators, who seem more interested in showing their power to block people who question them, as opposed to contributing to make Wikipedia a valuable resource?
It seems some of these administrators are more interested in protecting their little cyberturf than in contributing to make Wikipedia a successful and valuable collaboration.
For now, I've stopped contributing to Wikipedia. I have other friends who have also stopped, as they're similarly disgusted by bullying administrators.
Yes, Wikipedia needs administratorship. But when administrators ignore the rules and penalize people who follow the rules, that underscores a serious problem.
