I am a British-American Family Physician and Epidemiologist and live in Belfast, Maine. I am certified in Family Medicine and Preventive Medicine & Public Health. I am adjunct Professor of Epidemiology at the University of New England (United States). I have published over 50 articles in peer-reviewed medical journals. My academic interests include HIV prevention and treatment, male circumcision to prevent HIV, Tuberculosis, and other diseases of poverty. I worked for 8 years in Zimbabwe and Mozambique and am currently medical director of a Federally Qualified Health Center (Seaport Community Health Center) in Maine.
