Hello! I'm Ray (he/him). I'm new to Wikipedia and a little bit overwhelmed. Please be patient with me as I learn and make mistakes.

I tend to spend time tweaking spelling and grammar, leaving inline cleanup tags, and fixing various things in the background.

When adding WikiProjects to article talk pages, I follow a "more eyes are better" approach—templates can always be removed if I'm wrong!

If the falling maple leaves on my page are causing problems, they can be hidden by ticking Preferences → Gadgets → Appearance → Remove sticky elements from userpages (see WP:STICKYDECO for more info).

Interests

When I'm not editing Wikipedia, I can usually be found crocheting, knitting, cross-stitching, collecting yarn, and otherwise detangling (or retangling!) string.

I also enjoy writing letters, collecting stationery and supplies, and otherwise brightening the lives of various pen pals.

I also play video games! I'm most fond of open world games, but I also enjoy a good puzzle or farming sim. I played a lot of Animal Crossing growing up, and I tend to rotate through various games as they catch and re-catch my interest. I'm currently playtesting the pre-alpha version of Soulframe! It's pretty cool. Browser games I'm into at the moment include Wolvden and Star Wars Combine (not officially licensed by LucasFilm).
