Donna Allain (née Hicks) — Donna is the head coach of the Preston Belles women's gymnastics team and, as of the 2026 season, has spent 25 years at the helm of the program after she founded it. Raised in small-town Mississipi, she received a full-ride athletic scholarship to Louisiana State University and became an All-American student-athlete for the LSU Lady Tigers gymnastics team. In her final season in 1988, she became the NCAA National all-around champion, becoming the first Tiger to do so. After graduating from LSU with a degree in sports management, Donna began attending grad school at the University of Georgia where she combined studies in kinesiology with work as a volunteer assistant coach for the Georgia Gym Dogs. It was at Georgia where she met her future husband Brett, a former Football prodigy who was now a coach for Georgia's football team.
Brett Allain — Brett is the head coach of the Preston Braves' football team, and is the husband of Donna. Born and raised in Lilburn, Georgia, Brett was a prodigious high school quarterback at Norcross High School and contributed the Blue Devils' 1982 and 1983 Georgia state titles. He was consequently awarded a full-ride scholarship to the University of Georgia where he had a breakout freshman campaign for the Georgia Bulldogs in 1984. However, an ACL injury in the pre-season of his sophomore season forced him into medical retirement.

Corrinne Lennox-Vass — Corrinne is the athletic director of Preston University and the Preston Braves and Belles athletic department. She succeeded legendary Preston athletic director Arthur "Art" Nickalls in 2020 after his retirement, becoming the first female athletic director in the school's history. She is a 1998 Anthropology graduate of Yale University, and a 2002 postgraduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in Exercise and Sports Science. Corrinne was a student-athlete during her time at Yale – a two-year member of the Yale Bulldogs' women's field hockey team before she retired after an ankle injury.
India Allain (2025–26) — India joined the team as a freshman in 2025, and was on the team for two seasons. She is the younger daughter of the Belles' head coach, Donna Allain. India trained at the famed World Olympic Gymnastics Academy in Plano as a club gymnast, and was a member of the U.S. women's National Team until 2024. She participated in the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials in Anaheim, but wasn't named to the team. One of the most sought after recruits in her class, she received offers from Georgia, LSU, Florida and Oklahoma. India grew up in Melissa, Texas, and attended the private Spring Creek Academy. While she's a very gifted gymnast, the notion of nepotism has been implied between she and her mother – the head coach of the program – with regards to competition.
Sofia Arguelles (2025) — Sofia is a senior on the 2025-26 team, and so is only seen in the first season of the show. She specialises on the uneven bars and balance beam.
