Miss Grand South Africa 2018 was the third edition of the Miss Grand South Africa beauty pageant, held on August 6, 2016, at the Atterbury Theatre, Pretoria. Fourteen candidates, who qualified for the national pageant via an online screening performed earlier in May, competed for the title, and a professional model from the province of Gauteng, Misha Christie, was elected the winner, while the Western Cape representative, Natasché Daniels, and the Mpumalanga representative, Refentse Fensi Molehe, were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Harty then represented the country at the Miss Grand International 2018 pageant held in Myanmar on October 25,[1] but was unplaced.[2]
The grand final telecast of the pageant was hosted by Miss Grand South Africa 2016, Caitlin Harty.[3]
