The 2026 Auburn, Alabama municipal election will be held on August 25, 2026 to elect the mayor and members of the city council.[1]

Election information

Potential candidates must be at least 18 years old, have lived in Auburn for at least 90 days prior to election, be a U.S. Citizen, and be a registered voter. Council member candidates must have lived in their district for at least 90 days prior to the election.[2]
